Settlement in birth injury case

Injuries during the birthing process appear all too common. In a recent case in Ohio, expectant mother Crystal Rinker was admitted to Mercy Medical Center in Canton on March 13, 2008 and given the drug Pitocin to induce labor. After not delivering in the evening, she was adminsitered more of the drug the next morning by delivery nurses. The drugs caused hyperstimulation in Rinker's uterus,
