Botched artery procedure leaves woman paraplegic

Victoria Little entered a Maryland hospital for surgery for blocked arteries to prevent a major future ailment. But a botched procedure instead left the 53-year-old woman a paraplegic, with some feeling in her legs but in constant pain and unable to walk.
