Medical malpractice turns routine hysterectomy fatal

School teacher Victoria Lynn Brown Harmon checked into a North Carolina hospital for what she thought would be a routine hysterectomy. She was sent home the following day, but she had pain and returned to Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.
