Cancer misdiagnosis brings $13M in damages

Instances abound of doctors missing cancer diagnoses, but there are also cases of the opposite occurring -- cancer diagnosed when it doesn't exist. Such was the case with a Connecticut woman who was told she had cancer and needed to have a hysterectomy or she would die.
