Settlement for woman hurt by falling exercise machine
A physical therapist in the Buffalo area was doing a shoulder stretch against a 608-pound Cybex equipment machine when the device toppled over onto her. Natalie Barnhard suffered severe injuries that left her a quadriplegic.
